7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At UBIQMALL, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

• We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Mandatory: You must provide an uncut video clearly showing the damage or issue while unboxing the package. The video must begin before opening the packaging and clearly capture the problem.
• Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return or exchange.
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery:

When contacting us, include:

• Order ID
• Product name
• Reason for return or exchange
• The unboxing video proof

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for returning the product to us. You must ship the item back using a reliable courier and share the tracking details with us.

We currently do not offer pickup or reverse logistics services.

Inspection & Processing

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 2-3 business days. If approved:

• For a return: A refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
• For an exchange: A replacement item will be shipped within 3-5 business days (based on availability).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Used or damaged items without valid video proof
• Products returned after 7 days of delivery
• Items without original packaging or missing parts
